TSC Reshuffles County Directors in Fresh Leadership Changes Across Kenya
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has implemented a fresh leadership reshuffle affecting several county directors as part of its efforts to strengthen management and improve service delivery across the country.
The changes involve transfers, promotions and acting appointments following retirements and administrative adjustments within the commission.
Among the key changes, Dr. William Yator has been transferred from Siaya County to Bungoma County, where he assumes the role of County Director.
He takes over the position following the retirement of the previous office holder, ensuring continuity in the management of the commission's activities in the county.
Following Dr. Yator's transfer, Solomon Buyela has been appointed to serve as the acting County Director for Siaya. Before the appointment, he served as the Deputy Director in the county.

The reshuffle has also seen Mohammed Adan promoted from the position of Deputy Director in Garissa County to become the new County Director for Mandera County.
He fills the vacancy left after the retirement of the former county director, reflecting the commission's commitment to promoting experienced officers into leadership positions.
In another administrative change, Jane Nyakoe has been transferred to Homa Bay County as Deputy Director after previously serving in an acting capacity in Bungoma County. She replaces Truphosa Korir, who has since been redeployed to Elgeyo Marakwet County in a similar role.
